Experience is priceless; however, you can spend 20 years perfecting a fault. Staff feel respected and valued if you have a training programme. Training is a legal requirement.
We are able to tailor any course to meet your needs e.g. Voluntary Groups, Scouts/ Guides Care Workers, Nursery School Staff and Staff with Special Needs. At your place or ours.

We provide Royal Society for the protection of Health (R.S.H) QCA approved courses.
Food Hygiene level 1. ½ day for Kitchen Porters, Service Staff, Retail Staff, Delivery Drivers.
Level 2 Food Safety in Catering, 1 day for Chefs, and anyone preparing open foods.
Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering. 3 days For Supervisors and Head Chefs
