Formed 3 years ago by Trevor Ware, who after 12 Years as a local Government Officer working in Environmental Health, enforcing Food and Health and Safety, He realised the demands on proprietors of small and medium businesses. Without the budgets or expertise available to large national business yet still having to comply with the same laws and standards. He devoloped a service that enables small and medium business to have their own Food and Health and Safety specialist.

Trevor has a reputation as a trainer with a sense of humour, and an inspector with a common sense attitude to solving problems, someone with whom people can relate.

No wonder, with a C.V as a Quality Assurance Manager with three of Britain's major food companies,a Supervisor with a metal fabrication company,a Senior Food Officer at the District Council,Health and Safety Officer West Sussex County Council he seems to have done it all. He was employed for 15 years by two of the largest food hygiene consultants as London's leading food hygiene trainer , with a client list of famous restaurants and celebrity chefs.

Based in Chichester, West Sussex, Banana Skin Ltd. is the food hygiene specialist along the South Coast from Brighton to Bournemouth. having clients in South Wales, the South West and London.
